Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in Azerbaijan Manats.

• Rates are exlusive of VAT at 18%.

• All standard bookings require a 25% deposit of the total stay due at time of booking. Advance purchase bookings require full payment at time of booking.

• Our cancellation policy is 24hrs prior to 4pm on the day of arrival. 48hrs prior to 4pm on the day of arrival is required for any special event rates.

• All Advanced Purchase Rate Bookings are non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-changeable.

• We advise all guests to have valid travel insurance when booking an Advance Purchase rate booking.
